Bearcatwarehouse.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. After that time most products come with a one year full Uniden warranty (See Uniden contact information below).
To obtain a return authorizations within 30 days of purchase send an email to mailto:customerservice@bearcatwarehouse.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Include the following information:
- Customer name
- Invoice number or order number
- If the product has been opened
- The reason for the return
All returns must have prior approval. Product must include the follow; the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, UPC code, and registration that shipped with the product. If any of these items are missing you may be charged a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return freight. We recommend shipping the product back by UPS and insuring your shipment.
You will receive a credit within 30 days of your return. A credit will be given for the product only.
Hometown and Custum Programming
Terms and Conditions: Hometown Programming may add an additional two to three weeks for delivery. Once your scanner has been programmed, Hometown radios are returnable only for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for the price of the radio only. Programming fees are not refundable or creditable. (Re-stocking charges may apply if the radio, accessories or the packaging are not returned in original condition.)
Factory Backorders
Terms and Conditions: Our system is set up to automatically charge customer's credit cards at the time of the order. If an item is on factory backorder with our site then it is nationally allocated. In order to confirm that you will receive a unit from our next shipment we need to charge your credit card.
Refused Orders
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all refused orders.
Address Corrections
If an address correction is needed in order to complete your shipment by UPS you will be charged the addional freight to the original credit card used for your order.
